This is why we started.

I've spent more than 20 years in construction, and I've also had to face the consequences of choices I've made. I've lost a lot, rebuilt my life, and learnt some hard lessons along the way.
That's why I started GRIIP. I know there are good people out there who get written off because of one chapter in their life. I don't believe that's where their story should end.
If you're willing to turn up, work hard and take responsibility, I'll back you. That's the culture we're building and that's the standard we'll always expect.
— Cory Mac, Founder, GRIIP
Because everyone deserves the opportunity to earn a better future.
Not everyone gets life right the first time.
Some people make mistakes. Some cop the consequences. Some never get another chance.
We believe if you're willing to turn up, work hard and take responsibility, you deserve someone who'll back you.
That's why GRIIP exists.
Not to give handouts.
To give opportunities.
Real work. Real wages. Real purpose.
